Women who are members of the ISB – International Women in Biomechanics Community are eligible for a $20 USD discount on general registration. Contact: events@rpbiomechanics.com

Gala dinner: $65 USD. Email us at events@rpbiomechanics.com indicating the number of participants accompanying you and we will send you the payment link.

Optional activities

Gala Dinner

It will take place at the Barceló San José Hotel, the official venue of the event, in an exclusive setting by the pool, with privileged views of the city.

The evening will feature an artistic performance by a prominent national talent, offering a cultural experience that complements the academic and professional meeting and creates an ideal space for socializing and networking in a relaxed and elegant atmosphere.

Ticket sales will be open so that congress attendees can participate along with their families and companions, making this activity a special moment to share and celebrate the closing of the event.

Cost: $65 USD per person

Tour to Manuel Antonio National Park (beach, mountains).

As an optional activity, the congress will offer a day trip to Manuel Antonio National Park, one of Costa Rica's most iconic natural destinations. This activity is designed as a space for informal networking and interaction among participants, fostering the strengthening of professional ties, the generation of strategic conversations, and the expansion of collaborative networks, all within a unique natural environment that combines biodiversity, landscape, and cultural experience.

Cancellation policy

Tickets are transferable up to one month before the event. To transfer your ticket, please email events@rpbiomechanics.com before February 15, 2026, and we will assist you with the process.

Refunds are offered for cancellations made before February 15, 2026, excluding the sum of USD 60 for administrative cost; no refunds will be issued after that date.

Tickets purchased for the gala dinner and sightseeing tour are non-refundable.

Registration will remain open until March 25, 2026; this is due to the host hotel's policies; after this date, no more people can be added.
